Ingredients 

  • 500 grams boneless chicken breast
  • 2 to 3 pcs Ham
  • 2 to 3 pcs Cheese (Swiss cheese goes best with this)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ¼ cup Cornflour
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • ¼ cup Bread crumbs
  • Vegetable cooking oil

For Chicken Cordon Bleu White Sauce:

Ingredients 

  • ¼ cup butter (amount of butter should be proportioned to the amount of flour used)
  • ¼ cup of cornflour
  • 300 ml of fresh milk
  • Salt, pepper & onion powder to taste
  • Nutmeg, to taste
