- 2 to 3 pcs Ham
- 2 to 3 pcs Cheese (Swiss cheese goes best with this)
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ¼ cup Cornflour
- 1 Egg, beaten
- ¼ cup Bread crumbs
- Vegetable cooking oil

Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter (amount of butter should be proportioned to the amount of flour used)
- ¼ cup of cornflour
- 300 ml of fresh milk
- Salt, pepper & onion powder to taste
- Nutmeg, to taste
