Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 Cornstarch
• 1 1/2 All-purpose flour
• 6 tablespoons of sugar
• 1 pc. chilli  (sliced)
• 1 medium onion (cut into cubes)
• 5 cloves of garlic (minced)
• Cooking oil
• Water
