- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder
- 2 thumbs ginger, Julienne
- 1 piece onion, chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped
- 21/2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Patis and ground black pepper to taste
