Pork Kilawin Recipe 


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. grilled pork belly
  • 1 cup cane vinegar
  • 1 medium cucumber diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated white sugar
  • Red chilies
  • 1 medium yellow onion minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. hop the pork belly into serving pieces. Set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, combine vinegar, salt, ground black pepper, chili, and sugar. Mix well
  3. Arrange the pork, cucumber, and onion in a large bowl.
  4. Add the vinegar mixture. Stir. Let it stay for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  5. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve.
